VERT was born as a “niche integrator,” focusing on enterprise storage solutions. In 2008, VERT migrated to the “systems integrator” model, with a focus on corporate IT solutions in general, working toward achieving synergy between technology and business and delivering customized solutions to all of its clients.
Based on this definition and on an integrated service vision, VERT has established operating agreements with various businesses, including manufacturers, distributors, developers, and consultancies in order to analyze and design tailor-made solutions. This approach allows clients to have complementary technical capabilities for devising products and services under the responsibility of VERT.

Since then, VERT Soluções em TI has become the integrator of the group comprised of the following companies:
- 100% of VERT Soluções em TI’s shares;
- 50% of VENTECH Tecnologias para Soluções em Energia Ltda., which focuses on the integration of solutions for the energy sector, in partnership with ENGEVIX, Brazil’s largest consulting engineering firm.
- 40% of Goiânia-based DATAEASY Consultoria e Informática Ltda., specializing in developing technologies for the deployment of solutions for fully web-based Electronic Document Management, and incorporating concepts of Document Imaging, Enterprise Document Management and Workflow. It also supports the management of paper-based document storage.
